Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 30 minute call to learn more about our objectives and our organisation, as well as processes that we hope to automate
- Review our existing manual processes, including emails to attendees of our peer support groups, donor management, impact measurement via surveys, volunteer tracking
- Advise us how to best optimise our Hubspot Platform
- Assist us in setting up Hubspot properly
- Experience with Hubspot CRM tool required
Background
We recently started using Hubspot and need advice and help to optimise our tool use. We need to use it to send emails to our service users, monitor volunteers, automate our impact management and for donor management.
What we have
We will provide a detailed breakdown of the manual processes, and any access or resources you need.
Why this is important
As a volunteer-led team, we'd love to explore how we can optimise Hubspot and automation tools to improve our efficiency and accuracy for our existing processes so we can free up time and resources for other tasks.

We have been helping people through life’s difficult moments for over three years now- facilitating conversations between individuals who find themselves in very similar positions. Our mission is to make sure no one feels alone no matter what they are going through.
