What we need
- Review existing network infrastructure (Microsoft) and database system (Salesforce)
- Provide recommendations or solutions on the overall system improvement including system security, backup strategy and system integration
- Work closely with I.T. Manager and Executive Director
Background
The HK Phil local area network in admin office with 40+ users is running under Microsoft Windows environment and our On-premise Exchange server will be migrated to Exchange Online in near future. Currently, we use Salesforce to store ticket subscribers, subscription sales, donations, schools etc. information. We plan to enhance the features of fundraising and donation in Salesforce and to develop membership and loyalty system which will be integrated with Salesforce. We are looking for a consultant to review our current system / data work flow and provide advices on the system improvement.
