Facilitating event registration and logistics for the conference
Project Details
What we need
- Responsible for verifying participants' QR codes for event entry. Event Helpers will manage guest lists and ensure proper event access
- Provide customer service by answering questions and addressing attendee concerns. Assist with various logistical and crowd control duties as needed
- Attend a mandatory briefing session before the event day to familiarize with the registration process and event procedures
- Be prepared to assist approximately 200 expected attendees throughout the conference
- An honorarium of $25 per hour will be provided upon completion of the 9-hour shift
