Provide consultation with our marketing team to share insights and recommendations on website revamp
Project Details
What we need
- Conduct a website audit for our website (hosted on SquareSpace) and identify areas of improvement in terms of design, functionality, and user experience
- Join a 2-hour consultation session (in-person or online) in the 1st week of April to share insights from the website audit based on the website’s design layout, content, functionalities, and user journey
- Work with our marketing team to understand our goals and missions and give suggestions on translating them into effective website solutions
- Engage in at least 2 feedback sessions (1-2 hours) with our marketing team in the 2nd to 3rd week of April
- [Bonus] Provide advice or directly work on website enhancement such as adding new features, elements, and functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies
Background
This project is aimed to help TFHK enhance the organization's website functionality, attractiveness, and conversion by conducting a website audit and revamping our website accordingly.
What we have
We will conduct an introductory call with the volunteer to share further information about our organization. Day-to-day communication will be done via email/WhatsApp.
Why this is important
TFHK has been running the flagship Fellowship Program since 2015 and has significantly impacted the lives of underprivileged students in Hong Kong. To expand our impact and reach, we have launched new initiatives that provide comprehensive support. By revamping our website, we can showcase the new initiatives, effectively communicate our mission, and create a platform that engages and inspires individuals to join us in our efforts.

What we do
TFHK envisions a future where all children in Hong Kong have equal opportunity to learn, grow and realize their potential. Our mission is to nurture future leaders to bring education equity. Through our one-year TFHK Fellowship Program, we recruit and empower the most promising and passionate young leaders to serve in underprivileged schools as full-time teachers. We are now in our 5th year with 36 Fellows, teaching full-time in 17 local underprivileged schools and have served over 20,000 underprivileged students. We are also funded by the Government’s SIE Fund, The D. H. Chen Foundation and The Jockey Club Charities Trust and are thriving as one of the fastest-growing non-profits.
