Regular Volunteer Receptionist (Cantonese Speakers)
Support various administrative projects and day-to-day duties for RMHC Hong Kong
Project Details
What we need
- Greet House guests and visitors
- Answering phones/door
- Data entry and photo copy documents
- Speak fluent Cantonese & Fair in English and Mandarin (simple conversation)
- Have basic knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel
- The House is open during Monday to Saturday & Public Holiday
- Minimum commitment of 1 session per week, kindly indicate your available dates and preferred time slot when applying
Background
We are currently preparing for the opening of our second Ronald McDonald House in Kwun Tong. We would like to recruit regular volunteer receptionists to support administrative projects and day-to-day duties for RMHC Hong Kong.
What we have
House tour and trainings will be arranged for volunteers.
Why this is important
Volunteer receptionists who assist daily operation can help RMHC Hong Kong provides "home-away-from-home" accommodations for sick children and their families.
