Support administrative works of our annual charity golf & marathon race event
Project Details
What we need
- Join a Zoom interview with our team
- Support Fundraising Event: Charity Golf and Beneficiary Event: Standard Chartered Marathon
- Content development & creation (ENG & CHI): Website, Booklet
- Modify Emcee scripts
- Draft speech for senior management
- Collect players information of Charity Golf and prepare reminder notes
- Further potential donor/sponsor outreach for Charity Golf
- Prepare online registration form for Standard CharteredMarathon
- Monitor enrollment situation of Standard Chartered Marathon
- Develop and execute publicity plan for Standard Chartered Marathon
- Any 3 full days per week, Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Background
The annual charity golf event and Standard Chartered Marathon raise funds for the children and families served by RMHC Hong Kong.
What we have
RMHC staff will provide guidance to volunteers. A letter of service proof can be provided upon satisfaction completion.
Why this is important
With the opening of the RMHC (Kwun Tong House) Jockey Club Building, we have expanded from offering 23 guest rooms in our Shatin House to a total of 89 guest rooms with ample recreational facilities. These fundraising events allows us to serve more families with children who are ill or injured.
