Set up and provide event & visitor assistance at our therapy dog recruitment event
Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 15 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event
- Help set up & dismantle the booths, crowd control, visitor registration
- Explaining our event to crowd and assisting them for sign up
- Be our ambassador to answer questions about our organization/ the event
- Join us on 13 Apr (Sat) 11:00am - 1:00pm and 14 Apr (Sun) 3:00pm - 6:00pm!
Background
We are launching our therapy dog recruitment event on April 13 and April 14, where we will be meeting potential therapy dogs and doing assessment to determine if they are fit to join our therapy dog training program. The event will be held at a pet cafe and pet retailer where we are hoping to attract more crowd.
What we have
A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be there at the event, supporting you and working with you along the way.
Why this is important
This event aims to raise awareness on our therapy dog program, education public about special educational needs, and to invite public to join our therapy dog team in hopes to provide more services for individuals in need.
