Support with planning and coordination of our market booths and dog yoga events in Dec
Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event
- Support us on 2 types of events: (1) Market booths - 22-31 Dec, 10am - 6pm, (2) Dog yoga sessions - 24 & 25 Dec, 8-10am
- Work with and coordinate with other volunteers
- Meet us over zoom and brainstorm event ideas and report progress
- Advise a timeline and execution plan
- Suggest ways to invite partners and sponsorships
Background
We will be setting up market booths at central market with our therapy dogs in December to raise awareness for SEN children, promote inclusivity and to promote our charity and our therapy dog service. We will also be hosting a dog yoga event on December 24 and 25 at Central Market for the public to join.
What we have
A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be supporting you and working with you along the way.
Why this is important
The events being organized aim to raise awareness on SEN children, promote inclusivity, and to promote our organization and our therapy dog service, as well as fundraising to support SEN children from low income families.
