Onsite support and set up for a charity run event
Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 30-minute Zoom chat to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event
- The event is on 22 Sep, 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Help set up & dismantle the events, crowd control, assist in activities
- Reception at the registration table
- Be our ambassador to answer questions about our organization/ the event
- Assist in handling therapy dogs and in providing help to participants during event
- Give out Souvenir to participants
- Photo-taking
- Rundown and specific roles and responsibilities will be assigned to volunteer
