What we need

• Join us for a 1 hour call to learn more about our organization and the current challenges with the website
• Support us for 3-4 months with meetings and follow-up advice on best practices for our standard brochure website
• Review and provide professional advice on the structure, layout, UI, and UX
• Help us refine and refresh the content we've created. We seek impartial support and best practices to ensure success
• Join us in regular meetings with the project team to guide us on how best to implement the recommendations. We've engaged a website vendor, and your expertise will be invaluable

Background

After 7 years we are looking to revamp and refresh our website. Over time we have built up a lot of content and images organically, however this now needs updating and refreshing to better share what Resolve does now vs. 7 years ago

What we have

We have brand guidelines, an extensive image library and have drafted a high level backlog of requirements for our new website. We will be engaging a vendor for development and have internal staff managing the project, and are looking for an experienced website volunteer as part of the team to help guide us through this project.

Why this is important

We want our refreshed website to better showcase Resolve, our programs, our impact and our community today. We want to improve key website metrics and build broader engagement through a more user friendly and informational website.
