Background

It is undeniable that COVID-19 has accelerated digitization and that audiences spend more time online than ever before. Resolve seeks to upskill our organization to meet this demand by increasing our online community outreach work to spread our message of inclusion and social justice. This role would be supervised by our Media and Communications Officer. We are looking for someone who can make at least a three-month commitment to support us a minimum of 5 hours a week. The role is able to be done remotely, but the person would be welcome and supported to join our team in the office too, COVID-19 arrangements pending.

What we do

Our Mission: We exist to inspire, empower and connect emerging leaders to bring about inclusive social change. Our Vision: We believe in a Hong Kong where everyone is heard and can take everyday action for their community. Our Values: Rights, Equality, Solidarity, Organization, Leadership, Voice and Empowerment. Our Community: Our people and partners come from diverse sectors and backgrounds. We are stronger together. Our Organization: In May 2017, Resolve was founded with one question in mind: in an age of increasing polarization and intolerance, how can we build more inclusive and accepting societies? We believe the answer rests with communities themselves, harnessing their own power to bring about positive social change.
