What we need

• We are considering implementing either one of these HR systems: FlexHR or Multiable
• Advise our staff on best practice of functionality requirement and to relay the needs to vendor
• Facilitate customisation and project negotiation
• You will be working closing with 2-3 of our HR team members to work on the project
• Looking for volunteers having basic HR knowledge and experienced in system implementation and project management
• The project start date is negotiable

Background

We are planning on the implementation of a new vendor HR system to our team and need someone with HR and project management skills to guide our HR team to facilitate the process.

What we have

We have already sourced 2 vendor HR systems, deciding on which one to use. You will be supported by 2-3 of our HR team members during the project period.
