What we need

• Join us for a 30 minute call to learn more about our organisation and session needs
• Develop a 1 hour training on tips for proposal/grant writing and pitching projects (specifically to foundations/corporates)
• Facilitate and lead an in-person 1 hour training session for Mind HK project and senior management staff on grant writing (Thursday, Jan 12 3:30-4:30pm)

Background

We are developing a CPD programme for Mind HK staff and would like to focus our efforts in improving our internal skills in grant-making and pitching among our project staff. We also hope to best learn how to communicate effectively through the grant-writing process and pitching process with corporates in Hong Kong.

Why this is important

As a non-subvented NGO, we rely heavily on corporate and family foundation grants for our fundraising needs. As a quickly growing organisation (in regard to budget and headcount), more team members within our staff are required to play significant roles in the grant-making process. We are looking to upskill them to support this process; good grant-making and pitching skills are integral to Mind HK's overall success and the development of new and existing projects.
