Background

We're hosting two summer workshops for children to participate and we adopt aesthetic education and social-emotional learning. These pedagogies not only capture their attention but also encourage them to share and express their emotions, foster a deep connection to nature, and develop compassion and appreciation for wildlife and the environment through the power of music and art. By engaging with nature and learning about wild animals, they become more conscious of their role in preserving our planet.

What we have

We will provide guidelines, briefing session, LumiVoce's t-shirt for the volunteers before the award ceremony.

Why this is important

It gives us a chance to engage with children, parents and teachers in person since It's important for us to maintain a good relationship with them and to promote our 2025 Voices for the Planet Challenge.

What we do

LumiVoce.org is a Hong Kong public charity. It was founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by Dr. Ying Ying Liu. It aims to shed light (Lumi) on the plight of the world’s wildlife, whose survival is under threat due to human activities, and to give a voice (Voce) to these endangered species. The charity uses music and the arts to educate and inspire people, especially the next generation, to become mindful of their impact on the planet and to actively create a sustainable world for future generations and all living things.
