Project Details

What we need
  • Reach out to different HK local schools and promote our V4TP challenge
  • Help with distributing flyers
  • Introduce our arts for biodiversity education program to teachers / students
Background

We have launched the '2024 Voices for the Planet' challenge, an online wildlife art competition. This competition is specifically designed for students from kindergarten, primary, and secondary schools. Its aim is to educate students about biodiversity and foster compassion and love for wildlife and nature through artistic expression.

What we have

We will provide comprehensive guidelines along with a variety of materials, including flyers and brochures, for distribution

Why this is important

This project has the potential to attract more people to join our challenge, enabling us to make significant changes in how we perceive and care for wild animals and nature. By increasing the number of participants, we can expand our reach and inspire everyone to view the world from a new perspective. Through these collective efforts, we aim to truly make a positive impact in safeguarding our planet and the diverse creatures that inhabit it alongside us.

What we do

LumiVoce.org is a Hong Kong public charity. It was founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by Dr. Ying Ying Liu. It aims to shed light (Lumi) on the plight of the world’s wildlife, whose survival is under threat due to human activities, and to give a voice (Voce) to these endangered species. The charity uses music and the arts to educate and inspire people, especially the next generation, to become mindful of their impact on the planet and to actively create a sustainable world for future generations and all living things.
