What we need

• The music salon will begin from 5:30pm, but we expect our volunteers to arrive at 4:45pm for preparation
• Bring your own camera and other equipment; Help to take photos and videos capturing the event highlights throughout the event
• Event ends around 9:30pm
• Photographers will help edit the footage after the event
• Videographer will create a 1-2 mins recap video after the event

Background

We have a small and intimate fund-raising event at St John’s Cathedral (Li Hall) . It will be 4 hours event with drinks and nibbles, and a musical performance for guests to fund-raise.

What we have

Fund-raising events are vital to our survival as we have no income from hosing events for schools (for free), so we'd need help to produce quality photos/videos so we can build a better brand and create content that can be interested to our potential donors.

Why this is important

All the donation will go to our biodiversity education programs to educate students to protect wildlife animals & biodiversity.
