Assist in organizing and mailing certificates to students
Project Details
What we need
- Zoom meetings will be held before the project begins to align with the volunteers
- Organize the certificates at home by filing them into envelopes and adding the recipient's address and information, then mail them to the students and schools
- Purchase the necessary envelopes (A4 size brown envelopes) and stamps; you will be reimbursed for these costs afterwards
- Mail the certificates. We will provide all recipient information and hand over the certificates to the volunteer in person
Background
Voices for the Planet Challenge is an environmental education program for children and young adults. It inspires young people to love and protect wildlife and nature by creating their own wildlife artworks. The creative process connects their hearts and mind and nurtures passion and compassion.
What we have
We will provide a project overview, instructions, and all recipient information. The certificates will be handed over to the volunteer in person.
Why this is important
We receive a lot of artwork and feedback after each Voices for the Planet Challenge, and we're a small charity with only 2 people so we need all the help we can get. Thank you!

What we do
LumiVoce.org is a Hong Kong public charity. It was founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by Dr. Ying Ying Liu. It aims to shed light (Lumi) on the plight of the world’s wildlife, whose survival is under threat due to human activities, and to give a voice (Voce) to these endangered species. The charity uses music and the arts to educate and inspire people, especially the next generation, to become mindful of their impact on the planet and to actively create a sustainable world for future generations and all living things.
