What we need

Required to join a briefing session at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel with other volunteers on the day at 6 pm
Volunteers will film the Gala Dinner Event throughout the evening and detailed tasks will be assigned during the briefing session on the day
Please bring your own equipment
Please eat your dinner before arrival. We will provide snacks/supper on the day.

Background

We are looking for professional volunteers to help in the Kids4Kids Gala Dinner fundraising event on Sat 11 December 2021 at 6 pm - 11:30 pm in Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel. Kids4Kids very much relies on the Gala Dinner to fundraise for its programs that work with empowering young people to believe they are never too young to change the world. The Gala Dinner event is an important event for catching up with our sponsors, donors and guests. We are looking for videographers to help with recording the Gala Dinner event and have fun with us.

We will provide supper and snacks on the day.

The Gala Dinner is an important fundraising event for supporting the operation of Kids4Kids and our programs.
