What we need

• Set up Google Analytics account and configure tracking code on our website
• Provide guidance on how to use Google Analytics effectively
• Analyze website traffic data, including user behavior, demographics, and source channels
• Identify key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in setting up goals, funnels, and custom reports to track our organization's success metrics

Background

Kids4Kids is an NGO dedicated to igniting social responsibility and action in children, through programs that aim to enhance creativity, build character, and nurture a sense of community and giving back. Focusing on serving underprivileged communities, we rely on the support of volunteers, doners and sponsors to help young people realise their potential.We recently launched a new website to better reach our target audiences and stakeholders, but we need help in understanding and optimizing our online presence, user profile and engagement on Google Analytics.

What we have

We will provide access to our Google Analytics account, as well as any relevant website and marketing materials. We set up regular meetings with the volunteer and provide any necessary support throughout the project.

Why this is important

By leveraging the expertise of a Google Analytics expert, we will be able to gain valuable insights into our website performance and user engagement. This will help us make data-driven decisions to improve our online presence and content, reach more children and teenagers, and ultimately teach them how to make a positive impact in their communities.
