Project Details

What we need
  • Join a 60-minute briefing call
  • Work with Justice Centre's Senior Advocacy and Communications Officer to manage and create social media and public communications in relation to the Arts Prize (content provided)
  • Coordinate with artists regarding shortlisting, submissions, dropping off, collection of artworks, as well as other arrangement pertaining to the Arts Prize
  • Help set up and manage the online auction platform, sales process and other software solutions with the subscriptions provided by Justice Centre (e.g. 360 degree immersive filming) - Our team will support you on this along the way
  • Manage the post-exhibition/auction process including coordination of delivery/collection of artworks by buyers
  • May require a bit of work during the weekdays, university students are welcome to apply!

Justice Centre has been organising the Arts Prize annually since 2013, which honours the power of art as a catalyst for social change and the defence of human dignity.Justice Centre envisions Hong Kong as a fair and inclusive society where even the most marginalised enjoy fundamental rights and access to justice. Why this is important

Having an Arts Prize Volunteer could greatly help the Arts Prize reach all sectors of our society. Last year we had over 10K video views of our virtual winner announcement live event and in previous years, we usually had over 300 individuals across corporate, legal, banking, public and non-profit sectors attending in-person events.
