What we need

• JUST FEEL's content creation team is looking for a Curriculum Designer to work together to help create an interactive curriculum for our JUST FEEL Compassionate School Program targeting primary school students in both Chinese and English. The curriculum will consist of 30 Social-Emotional Learning lesson plans (each 30 minutes) which is designed to help teachers and students to communicate their emotions and improve the quality of mental well-being.
• The Curriculum Designer will work closely together with the content team to create lessons that use digital channels, multimedia and short video to enhance the learning experience in the current mixed learning mode school environment. The goal is to make practical and effective use of Compassionate Communication in their daily lives. The Curriculum Designer should have some working knowledge of Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator.

What we have

A Compassionate Communication curriculum of 60 lesson plans used by primary school students that is under continuous updates and improvement by our content creation team.

Why this is important

Compassionate Communication and Social emotional learning (SEL) are critical to every child’s development and mental health. Those lacking the skills tend to suffer from social isolation and emotional suppression, hampering their emotional well-being. Preventive SEL must be comprehensive and accessible to all children as they are mutually influencing with peers.The student interactive curriculum is a core part of our Compassionate School Program where we aim to cultivate a compassionate culture for underprivileged students.
