Help us take photos at our annual banquet on 19 Oct
Project Details
What we need
- Capture memories of our annual banquet that will raise funds to help those living in ultra-poverty
- Provide own full frame camera, bright lenses, external flash and card reader for the night's use
- Provide full res unedited jpeg to us by the end of the night (no editing needed!)
- Event will be on 19 Oct 2023 (Thursday), around 6pm-11pm
Background
This is the biggest fundraising event each year for our organization.
What we have
A program for the evening and a shot list. Our Media Director will give volunteers more details on the requirements and he will be on site at the Banquet for other questions. An early dinner can be provided.
Why this is important
Support our fundraising efforts and help us to provide for the ultra-poor.
