What we need
- Keep the team informed and updated on market trends and legal requirements within the sector
- Review and suggest ways to improve current HR procedures
- Support the team and assist in preparation of relevant documents/reports
Background
Stepping into 2022, our Volunteer Consultancy Team (VCT) will help ensure smooth delivery and assist in evaluation of our current programmes, assist in effective communication of Foundation’s brand and positioning as well as suggest and bring forth new innovative ideas to future programmes.
What we have
Full-time team will actively communicate with volunteers via meetings, WhatsApp and email; past resources will be shared as references.
Why this is important
(1) Bring insights into existing programmes and assist in execution and evaluation of programmes in line with IHKSports vision and mission to serve youth and their families (2) Identify new opportunities and channels of communication to expand IHKSports network and deepen its impact within community of Hong Kong

凝動香港體育基金是根據《稅務條例》第88條獲豁免繳稅的慈善團體，於 2012 年成立，一直秉承「以體育造就青年」的願景。我們的使命是為基層或有特殊教育需要的兒童及青年提供平等的體育培訓機會，同時透過體育宣揚性別平等、社會共融及健康生活理念。本會通過全港或地區體育培訓項目，以及公眾教育來實踐使命。過去十年，凝動為超過15,000位學員提供不少於510,000小時的專業體育培訓，而公眾教育活動則有超過26,000人次參與。 InspiringHK Sports Foundation is a local charity established in 2012, with a vision of developing better youths through sports. Our mission is to provide equal sports training opportunities for underprivileged children, youths, and those with special educational needs, at the same time promote gender equality, social inclusion and healthy lifestyle. We carry out our mission through district-based and territory-wide sports programmes and public education activities. Over the past decade, IHKSports has provided services to over 15,000 beneficiaries with more than 510,000 hours of professional sports training and a total attendance of over 26,000 at our public education activities.
