What we need

• Hold a 1 to 1.5 hour zoom session
• The volunteer can opt to teach the InspiringHK team in person at their Quarry Bay office
• Offer guidance to full-time team members at InspiringHK on how to use Airtable’s functions efficiently
• Volunteer should have an existing Airtable Account for demonstration purposes

Background

InspiringHK just reached its 10th anniversary and we are planning for the next 10 years of impact. With the organisation's expansion, the InspiringHK team is handling an increasing number of programmes and events. Given the significant amount of data involved, it is necessary to explore a more efficient working system and software for data management and CRM.

What we have

InspiringHK will provide necessary support to speaker in facilitating the workshop including setting up Zoom meeting, prepare workshop materials, etc.

Why this is important

By adopting a new system, InspiringHK's team can streamline the integration of essential data and simplify their working processes. This, in turn, will assist in developing a more efficient donor and recruitment partner network management system, activities schedule, while also preventing information duplication and confusion.
