Brainstorm and implement a social media strategy for our Instagram to expand our reach

What we need
- Join a 40 minutes phone call to learn about our programme objectives, timeline and key events
- Brainstorm and create a social marketing strategy for the upcoming school year with our team
- The goal of the strategy is to grow our reach on Instagram (followers + engagement), especially our reach to girls aged 10-18 in Hong Kong on Instagram
- You will help track and analyze the performance of our Instagram posts and campaigns
- Attend regular events in schools to take photos and videos
Background
We are a charity in Hong Kong that inspires girls for success. We want girls everywhere to have the confidence and support they need to challenge gender stereotypes and follow any path they choose. We set our goal to reach 1 million girls, especially on Instagram, with educational content, role models videos and more!

We have access to many high-profile & celebrity role models and we can support video editing.
Why this is important
The more girls we can empower online the more impact our charity can have. It will help us grow our influence.

What we do
We are a charity program that inspires and empowers girls to believe in their dreams by connecting them with amazing female role models. We are dedicated to raising the ambitions of girls (aged 10-18) by connecting them with female role models online and offline. Girls will be invited to join speed networking sessions with the role models and have access to a video hub - a free resource to allow them to watch inspirational interviews with women from a wide range of careers.
