• Join a 40 minutes phone call to learn about our programme objectives, timeline and key events
• Brainstorm and create a social marketing strategy for the upcoming school year with our team
• The goal of the strategy is to grow our reach on Instagram (followers + engagement), especially our reach to girls aged 10-18 in Hong Kong on Instagram
• You will help track and analyze the performance of our Instagram posts and campaigns
• Attend regular events in schools to take photos and videos

We are a charity in Hong Kong that inspires girls for success. We want girls everywhere to have the confidence and support they need to challenge gender stereotypes and follow any path they choose. We set our goal to reach 1 million girls, especially on Instagram, with educational content, role models videos and more!
