What we need

• Share your work experience, career path and industry news with students to better equip them for career planning
• Facilitate a brainstorming session with the students (we will email you some pointers and full programme details)
• Workshop is on 12 Oct 10:30am-11:40am at Delia Memorial School
• Looking for English speakers as most students are ethnic minorities

Background

We have been running this workshop for a few years at different schools. We invite a group of volunteers from different professional backgrounds to share their experiences with the students so they can meet more people from different career pathways. You never know, your sharing might just spark a new interest among the students!

What we have

Discussion questions and guidelines will be provided, as well as a short briefing on the day before the start of the workshop.

Why this is important

We hope to connect ethnic minority students to different professionals so that they may have better access to knowledge of the different careers possible in the city and know what it takes to make it in these fields.
