What we need
- Join us for a call for an hour to learn more about our organization and rainbow family workshop 101 objectives
- Review our past event and suggest improvements to be made
- Advise on the rainbow family workshop 101 timeline and execution plan
- At least 4 year of solid experience in project management. Has experience of working with local school or parent community is preferable.

We are planning a new Rainbow family workshop for a new target group who are local heterosexual parents.

A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. The team will be supporting you along the way.
Why this is important
By empowering parents with the knowledge and skills to educate their children about acceptance and inclusivity, this project aims to contribute to the broader goals of Hong Kong Marriage Equality, fostering a more supportive and inclusive society for LGBTQ+ individuals and their families in Hong Kong.
