What we need

• Join us for a 30 min briefing call to learn more about PyCon HK 2024 and our community
• Create and design visual content template as part of the branding guidelines for social media posts, posters and website content
• The organizing committee will determine the number of templates needed each week based on the designer's capacity
• We can provide a Canva account for the volunteer, but any design software can be used to create the templates based on the volunteer’s preference

Background

PyCon Hong Kong (PyCon HK) is the leading Python conference in Hong Kong, bringing together Python enthusiasts to share their insights and foster collaboration. Among the 50+ PyCons hosted annually in various cities and countries worldwide, PyCon HK is proud to be one of them. We are in need of visual designs for our social media and website, these designs will also be crucial for our upcoming events promotions.

What we have

We can provide a Canva account for the volunteer. We also have basic branding guidelines from an experienced designer, websites of similar conferences, and previous content for your reference.

Why this is important

The key visuals and templates will be used for all future promotional materials, allowing us to further communicate our mission to the general public.
