What we need

• Stage team - Assist stage lighting and sound to ensure smooth performance
• Background team - Follow the show order, urge the team to prepare early; communicate and coordinate with all performing groups
• Human Management Team - Arrange the seating plan (Physical work is required to carry the chairs around); Assist with crowd control, ensuring safe environment for audience and performers
• Logistics Team - Assist and support the smooth operation of each group, responsible for volunteer lunch
• Please indicate your interest and experience when applying for the role, we will arrange your team accordingly
• Event is on 28 July 2023 (Friday) 2pm - 6pm at Lei Muk Shue Community Hall, Tsuen Wan. Volunteers are expected to support the event from 12nn - 6pm (Assigned leader to arrive at 11am).
• Certificate and brochure will be given to all volunteers as a token of appreciation

What we have

Through this event platform, a group of people interested in art, dance, stage, and events is gathered. To get to know each other and create opportunities for cooperation. Dance groups from schools and community will share the joy of dancing.

Why this is important

Provide free stage performance opportunities for more people to enjoy and enhance the arts and cultural atmosphere of the district.
