What we need
- Oversee and assist organisational budget and financial report preparation
- Reconcile and monitor financial transactions and bank records
- Prepare balance sheets and invoices
Background
As HKCRAFTS is a start-up non-profit organisation, we are in need of a volunteer to offer administrative support and oversee our financial transactions and records. You advices on how to develop our financial and accounting system (currently with AirTable) to make it more efficient will be highly appreciated.

Financial records and information about our current financial procedures will be provided.
Why this is important
As we value communication at HKCRAFTS, having clear financial records would help us communicate with the public clearly about what we do at HKCRAFTS! Only when we are accountable to the public will we be able to provide more pro-bono community services to the underprivileged.

HKCRAFTS is a local NGO that is established in 2020, with a vision of connecting generations through crafts. Our mission is to connect generations through the promotion of local culture and heritage through crafts. We carry out our mission through collaborative workshops, talks, exhibitions, festivals and public education for the general public and underprivileged communities in Hong Kong.
