Why this is important

Our Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters are a specialised squad within the Technology & Delivery Workstream. They support GGHK by defining a plan for all technology/digital deliverables. This includes identifying and anticipating milestones, project risks, trigger points, dependencies, human and financial resource requirements, amongst others. These PM team members also coordinate/support the periodic status and progress reporting.
