What we need

• Assist in setting up the event booth and provide on-site event support, some events may require a full day of support
• Be our Gay Game Hong Kong ambassador to answer enquiry from the public
• Applicants will invite to complete a 10 minute self-recorded online video interview
• 30 minutes online briefing session will be arranged one week before the event

Background

GGHK will take place on 3-11 November 2023, the first event of its kind in Asia. Under the theme “Unity in Diversity”, GGHK will feature a wide variety of inclusive sporting events, opening and closing ceremonies, a festival village, and arts & culture events. We will have various events happening throughout May to November, ranging in different scales. We are looking for Operational Event Support/Assistants to act as our ambassador to share the spirit of Gay Game Hong Kong and help to spread the inclusive message to the general public..

What we have

All marketing, branding and assistance by the team will be provided. Briefings will also be arranged prior to the events.

Why this is important

You will be instrumental in making sure this various sports events will be hosted successfully for Gay Games Hong Kong in 2023.
