What we need

• Collaborates with managers across GGHK2023 to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. And, assists with the interview process.
• Lead or support some key volunteer experience projects. For example, volunteer branding, volunteer lifecycle, recruitment and engagement activities
• Act as a single point of contact as well as credible partner and trusted advisor for stakeholders, to help the organization reach its strategic goals and long-term objectives
• Provide HR support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of a specified part/team of the organization
• Experience in recruiting candidate, volunteer with direct sourcing and headhunting experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge across the full range of HR contributions is required

Gay Games 11 Hong Kong (GGHK) is a fully volunteer-run initiative, and a multi-sports, arts & culture international event with up to 12,000 participants and 75,000 spectators. We invite you to join a world-class professional team of volunteers and be part of making history in Hong Kong and Asia by bringing to life this event to be held in Hong Kong in November 2023.
