What we need

• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn about the technical issues on our website
• Access our host sever (FileZilla) and fix the bug
• Details of the bug: We have an online system that gathers the participants details internally, we have hidden a page for a specific program previously. We hope to unhide this page but we can't seem to find a way to do so, we need your help on this
• Share your technical advice on how to improve the management of our website
• Experienced in website coding / programming is a must

Background

We are having a bug on our website that we are unable to fix ourselves. The error prevents us from accessing some pages and using plugins.

What we have

The volunteer will have all the access rights and a briefing call with our staff who manages the website.

Why this is important

Our website is important for promoting our mission and update stakeholders on the work that we are doing, it also allow us to receive online calorie donations from our supporters.
