Incoming Goods Administrator
Help us manage and keep record of donations for Incoming Department
Project Details
What we need
- Volunteer regularly 1 - 2 days a week, able to volunteer on Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday is highly preferred
- Answering calls from donors and replying to emails
- Helping the warehouse reconcile deliveries when needed
- Checking for the offer on the Goodcity or adding drop offs as a new offer
- Manage the office when required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and alone when needed
Background
GoodCity.HK is operated by Crossroads Foundation. Thousands of individual and corporate donors have trusted us to ensure their quality items help those in genuine need since 1995. Any donated goods will be given to charities and individuals in need across both Hong Kong and internationally.
