Project Details

What we need
  • Improvise and co-create two large-sized wooden and nature-inspired installation with a group of artists
  • Assist Artist/ Dr. Yin-Lun Chan to operate the workshop of 20 public participants
  • You may choose to join any days on 10-13 Aug, kindly indicate your availability when applying
  • Detail event timeline will be shared with you after application
  • Prefer volunteers passionate in arts and crafts with attention to details
Background

'A Touch of Garden Hill' Environmental Art Workshop is part of 'EccoVe—An Ecological Community Art Exhibition: the Art of Togetherness' exhibition launched in August. The installation will constructed ahead and offer public to bring local site materials from the nearby Garden Hill. It will be transform into an artwork that discusses field, space, and place histories in the exhibition.

The installation is one of the highlights of our exhibition. We expect it to bring public attention and participation to the workshop and exhibition.
