Looking for a volunteer with Salesforce experiences to help manage our CRM system (part-time basis)
Project Details
What we need
- Liaise with vendors and CareER internal staff team to collect requirement to perform testing and revert feedbacks to vendor on Salesforce
- Represent CareER to test technical function and revert feedback and updates to vendors and CareER staff team
- Write up work flow by consulting opinions from different CareER staff teams to ensure the CRM system is up to standard
- As this volunteer role requires higher time commitment, our organisation will be offering honorarium to compensate for your time helping us on a part-time basis
Background
CareER has been serving the higher educated persons with disabilities and SENs since 2014 and has been expanding steadily throughout the years. CareER is currently handling different stakeholders data’ manually by excel spreadsheets and segmented into different internal share drive which limit our service capacity. Due to rapid expansion of the organisation and increasing number of engaged employers and members, donors and other stakeholders, thus CareER is developing a CRM database system to consolidate data and perform analysis to maximise our service capacity.
What we have
We will provide you with the Salesforce access, and our team will be supporting you during the whole project.
Why this is important
Salesforce would allow CareER team to better manage and keep track of a complete record of all profiles and communication with different stakeholders, hence greatly beneficial to the development of CareER in the long run.

What we do
Standing for 'Care in Education and Recruitment', CareER is a non-profit organisation established in 2014 in Hong Kong by a University graduate with disability with a mission to advance employment for people with disability in tertiary education. CareER is the first charity in Hong Kong to provide targeted career and peer support to tertiary-educated individuals with any type of disabilities and special educational needs (SEN), including physical impairment (visual, hearing, mobility), developmental and learning disability (Autism, ADHD, specific learning difficulties), mental illness, chronic illness and more. In addition to providing free job-matching services for corporations and beneficiaries in the past decade, CareER created a local talent market for PWD with our CareER member and employer systems to tackle workplace disability inclusion systematically, creating an environment where everyone may realise and showcase their true potential to become independent, contributing members of society.
