What we need
- Provide strategies, suggestions, and feedback for CantoGather’s language program
- Develop evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of our Chinese language program
- Set and modify learning objectives for the curriculum
- Conduct research on effective strategies for teaching Chinese (Cantonese) as a second language
- Oversee lesson planning to ensure the implementation of strategies
Background
An Integrated Approach for an Integrated Society. We integrate Cantonese language and multicultural education in our programs to promote social integration. We work with primary schools to empower non-Chinese children to establish their Hong Konger identity through language and cultural learning while training others to grow in cultural intelligence. We want professional help to refine our program to be effective.

What we do
Understanding and empowering our non-Chinese neighbours in love through language and multicultural education. We work with NGO and school partners to provide a professional and fun Chinese language programme to non-Chinese children and organise cultural programmes for relationships to be built between our Chinese volunteers and non-Chinese families.
