Project Details

What we need
  • We are looking for fitness coaches who are interested in developing and developing workout programs to older adults
  • Help develop a workout program with the guidance of our head coach
  • Promote safe exercising and proper body alignment
  • Be motivated and maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere
  • We are offering our programs in 3 districts in Hong Kong and we hope to expand to more districts. The location is TBD as you can choose your own community / district!
Background

BiC encourages seniors to exercise regularly to meet their daily mobility needs.Once a week, at 8:00 a.m. in each district, we provide exercise equipment and professional trainers to train the muscles and balance of the body with simple exercises to prevent and improve knee and other joint degeneration problems.

What we have

You will meet with our head coach before start of the projects, which will help on program development and better understanding on safety issues.

Why this is important

Bring in Change encourage Sports for all ages. We would like to expand our projects to all districts in Hong Kong. We see the demand but we need skilled volunteers in order to deliver.
