Background

We are a registered society under the Societies Ordinance (Cap 151), our services have become more extensive, we believe it is time to register as a charity to enable the organisation to better develop

What we have

Required documents for the application will be provided, including list of activities planned in the next 12 months, list of activities carried out in the past 12 months

Why this is important

We’d like to registered as a company limited by guarantee and apply to the Inland Revenue Department for a tax exempted status to become a registered charity under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, and would love to ask for your guidance and support on this important process
