Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives
- Prepare series of theme-based newsletter to engage with our audiences and students
- Create 1-2 newsletter content in one month about regular dance classes and the upcoming event etc
- Good knowledge in email marketing tools
- At least 1-2 years experience in email marketing
Background
We always wish to engage more frequently with our audiences and students through newsletters regularly. Unfortunately, our staff does not have the specialized skill of designing visually attractive newsletters and is also not proficient in using the relevant tools.
What we have
We will provide brand guidelines, background to the project, insights into our objectives for our previous newsletters, and other assistance upon your request. We can also connect you to our members/artists for interviews and personal stories.
Why this is important
We want our newsletters more than just updating and cheering our community, but to open up conversations and strengthen the sense of belonging. Your content is important as they can elevate our community experience and build engagement, they are threads to more conversation around Indian dance and its culture through regular connections.

What we do
At BEYOND Bollywood we stand for advancing the concepts of cultural diversity, equality, respect and community inclusion. Through the power of Bollywood dance with its music, theatre and films, we join hands with different dance practitioners to connect and develop sustainable partnerships with numerous community organizations, Universities, schools and corporates to organize impact projects with the aim of raising public awareness on finding value in people who are undermined and provide opportunity for those who are often overlooked in Hong Kong. We believe that change begins within, through different community engagement initiatives, we do hope to build a bridge for dance practitioners who use their own skills, talents and influence to make an impact in whatever causes they stand for.
