Set up Google Workspace (G Suite) apps and share quick guide with our staff

What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our objectives and our organization
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps, such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Hangouts
- Provide a basic training for 2 staffs on how to configure and use Google's apps, the functionality of different applications, as well as instructions for admin users
- Setting up the email address with our nonprofit’s domain in Google platform
Background
We would like to shift the email platform with existing purchased domain from Fastmail to Google. Also, we are looking for volunteers who can assist us to do set up in Google For Non profit platform.
What we have
An active Google Workspace account (which we’ll give access to), and a general idea of which Google applications we need to implement.
Why this is important
We are looking to boost productivity and collaboration across our team, and need assistance with setting up our Google Workspace (G Suite) account.

At BEYOND Bollywood we stand for advancing the concepts of cultural diversity, equality, respect and community inclusion. Through the power of Bollywood dance with its music, theatre and films, we join hands with different dance practitioners to connect and develop sustainable partnerships with numerous community organizations, Universities, schools and corporates to organize impact projects with the aim of raising public awareness on finding value in people who are undermined and provide opportunity for those who are often overlooked in Hong Kong. We believe that change begins within, through different community engagement initiatives, we do hope to build a bridge for dance practitioners who use their own skills, talents and influence to make an impact in whatever causes they stand for.
