What we need

• Join us for a 30 min briefing call to learn about our causes and organisation background
• Enter data into computer system, compiles data and prepare basic report for auditing
• Report any discrepancies and recommend actions to resolve or prevent future discrepancies
• Review and suggest / implement improvements for our filing system on Google Drive

Background

We currently have our own process on organising our financial data, we would need help with basic financial data entry and compile it for our auditor. We have also organised our income and expenditure etc on our Google Drive, we would love to improve the user-friendliness on how it's organised so it is intuitive for any new team members / volunteers.

What we have

(1) You can choose to work remotely or use Tai Po Arts Centre as a meeting / working space. (2) facilities supported at our studio, (3) Introduction of our organisation, artists and Indian dance community in HK, (4) Dancing experience and sharing dance stories by our artists and (5) Holistic and concrete experience of arts administration gained from newly-created charity in mutually support relationship

Why this is important

(1) Directly alleviate workloads in the aspect of administration which we can spend more time on exploring different and regular streams of revenue for self sustainability in order to move our organisation to the next level (2) Building a long term relationship with more like-minded collaborators and even improve our teamwork productivity and effectiveness (3) Create the next normal through constructing a solid and feasible online platform during global reorganization.
