What we need

• Join us for a 15 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event
• Help set up & dismantle the booths, crowd control, hold booth and scan the admission tickets
• Explaining the questions to the audiences, leading them through the right access
• Be our ambassador to answer questions about our organization/ the show
• Show is at 8pm on 26th Jan and at 3pm 27th Jan, please arrive at 6pm on 26th Jan and 1pm on 27th Jan for preparation and stay for 20 minutes for debriefing
• Volunteers with event experience is preferred

Background

Krishnarpanam is a new dance drama production which reinterprets the ancient myth of Lord Krishna through traditional and contemporary Indian dance set against a backdrop of carefully curated paintings. One of the most revered and popular Indian deities, Lord Krishna is recognized as the eight avatar of Vishnu and is considered a leader, hero, protector, philosopher, teacher and friend by millions of people. Stories about him date back thousands of years and portray him in hundreds of perspectives. In a 70 minute performance accompanied by captivating music and enchanting lighting, the dancers of Krishnarpanam will guide you through the legendary stories of Lord Krishna, seamlessly melding the ancient and modern world.
