What we need

• Join us for a 1 hour briefing call to learn about our causes and background
• Help with the creation of invitation letter and information deck (No design skills required)
• Support us with the copywriting of bilingual marketing materials, and invitation letters that are addressed to schools and potential partners

Background

We are a DANCE charity in need of good writers for creating some invitation letters with attractive information decks, these materials will be crucial for us to broaden our serving groups and diversify our income streams. We need 2 volunteers who can separately focus on different aspects which are including different target groups. Long-term speaking, we would love to explore a variety of revenue streams to diversify our income, generate more stable resources for self-sustainability, and not solely rely on public funding. We hope to uplift the overall artistic excellence through supporting the dance artists' various training in Hong Kong / overseas and offer more regular free dance workshops for those underprivileged communities we have been serving in society.

What we have

We will have visual and content support from our team. We will provide our previous invitation letters for your reference. We will also provide all the required documents for translation.

Why this is important

(1) The key visuals and templates will be used for all future promotional materials to different groups, allowing us to further communicate our mission to the general public. (2) Explore different and regular streams of revenue for self-sustainability in order to move our organisation to the next level (3) Building a long-term relationship with more like-minded collaborators and even improving our team productivity and effectiveness (4) Audience building locally and internationally (5) Increasing our operating income to cover the monthly rental income of studio at Tai Po Arts Centre
