Help to brainstorm and suggest strategy to grow our NGO in 2022

What we need
- Join a 60 minute briefing call to learn about our organisation and our growth targets
- Brainstorm and suggest some strategies of growth based on information provided by the team from a market research and with our objectives in mind (e.g. effective use of online or offline channels, metrics etc)
- Work closely with the team (including our volunteer Fundraising Advisor) to develop a roadmap with key milestones, tasks and types of resources required to execute
Background
We are working on fundraising and revamping our current service scope, determining what is the future service scope for a faster and more sustainable growth in 2024.

This will help us to decide and consolidate a future roadmap to serve the community in a better and more sustainable manner.
