• Join a 60 minute briefing call to learn about our organisation and our growth targets
• Brainstorm and suggest some strategies of growth based on information provided by the team from a market research and with our objectives in mind (e.g. effective use of online or offline channels, metrics etc)
• Work closely with the team (including our volunteer Fundraising Advisor) to develop a roadmap with key milestones, tasks and types of resources required to execute
