What we need

  • Help with the translate from Chinese to English
  • Proofread and check our English translation
  • There are 12 pages in total to be translated amongst 2-3 volunteers


To launch an art project to document a sawmill and timber factory , which has been operating from 1947 to 2021, witnessing the major transitions and development of Hong Kong. The factory is currently facing eviction due to the North East New Territory New Development Art Planning, which will be another transition of Hong Kong . Make art about "A story of Hong Kong is a story on a leased land ".

Why this is important

Arts for Good Foundation promotes arts for all, arts for good, and arts for inclusion. Community, history and heritage, and transition of Hong Kong is the key element of our all our education programmes to help the future generations understand the transitions of Hong Kong through art making and storytelling.
