What we need

• Those who have been working for less than 3 years or students from junior year to graduate school.
• No specific industry background required, consulting related work or internship background is preferred.
• You will need to participate in information collection, desk research, data research, customer interview, and the writing of project report documents under the guidance of Project Manager.
• Be passionate about public welfare, have a strong sense of responsibility, and can devote 10-15 hours per week.

Background

A Better Community ("ABC") is dedicated to providing consulting services for NGOs in China. The key challenge of China’s non-profit sector is the lack of talent. ABC is one of the very few pro-consulting service providers, and we have brought hundreds of cross-sector talents in serving NGOs in China. Now，we are finding Project Director for our Autumn Consulting Program.

Why this is important

Autumn Consulting Program is one of the important activities in the year, during which 100+ volunteers will work in groups and help several NGOs solve the problem.
